what women ask me most

Your Journey from Pain to Power.

How do I know if this program is really for me?

If you’re a woman (especially 40+) who has spent years walking on eggshells, doubting your own reality, and feeling emotionally drained in a relationship that looks “fine” from the outside but feels like slow suffocation on the inside, this is for you. You don’t need a formal diagnosis of “narcissist” to benefit. If your body, your heart, and your intuition are whispering, “Something is very wrong and I’m tired of carrying it alone,” you are in the right place.

Do I have to leave my relationship to join this program?

No. This program is not here to push you into any decision you are not ready for. Some women are still in the relationship, some are emotionally detaching, and some have already left. My role is not to tell you what to do. My role is to help you see clearly, reconnect to yourself and your spirit, and support you in making choices that are grounded, safe, and aligned with your deepest truth.

Is this therapy? Can it replace working with a therapist or psychiatrist?

No. This is not therapy and it does not replace medical or psychiatric care. I am a medically trained doctor with a background in psychiatry and an accredited life coach, and I bring that depth into my coaching and teaching. But this program is educational and transformational coaching—not medical treatment. If you are in crisis, severely depressed, or at risk of harming yourself, please contact a mental health professional or emergency services in your area.

What if I get triggered or overwhelmed while going through the modules?

Triggering can happen when we gently touch real pain. The program is intentionally designed in a soft, step-by-step way so you’re not flooded. You’ll learn grounding tools, emotional regulation practices, and ways to take space when you need it. You are always in control of your pace. There is no deadline, no pressure, and no shame in pausing a lesson and coming back when your nervous system feels safer.

How much time will I need each week?

Because it’s self-paced, there is no rigid weekly schedule. Many women begin with 60–90 minutes a week: a short lesson, a few prompts from the Rise Guide, and one simple practice to integrate into daily life. On harder weeks, even 15 minutes of gentle connection with yourself is enough. The most important thing is not speed; it’s consistency and kindness toward yourself.

I’m not “spiritual” or I’m unsure what I believe. Will this still fit me?

Yes. When I talk about “spirit,” I’m speaking in a universal, human way—not from any specific religion or dogma. You are free to bring your own beliefs, faith, or doubts into this space. The goal is to help you reconnect with a deeper sense of inner guidance, meaning, and support—whatever that looks like for you. There is no preaching here, only invitation.

I’m scared I’ll invest and then not follow through. What if I fail again?

This is such a human fear, especially for women who have been told they’re “too much” or “not enough” their entire lives. You’re not failing; you’ve been surviving. This program is built for tender nervous systems and busy lives. Short lessons, guided exercises, and gentle reminders are designed to help you keep going, even imperfectly. You don’t need to show up perfectly. You just need to keep choosing yourself in small ways, again and again.

Will anyone know I joined this program? Is my story private?

Your privacy matters deeply. No one will see your progress inside the course platform except you. If you choose to share your story with me in coaching or messages, it is held with respect and confidentiality. You are not a “case” or a statistic here. You are a human being, and your story is sacred.

Are there live calls or is it completely self-paced?

Right now, Rise Above Narcissism is designed as a self-paced experience so women in different time zones and life situations can move through it in a way that feels safe and realistic. In the future, I may offer optional live calls, small groups, or retreat add-ons. You’ll always be updated, and you’ll have the option to join if and when it feels right.

I’ve tried so many things already. How is this different?

Most things you’ve tried may have focused on “understanding narcissists” or “mindset” alone. This journey is different because it weaves psycho-education, nervous system support, emotional healing, spiritual reconnection, and practical life design together in one place—and it’s guided by someone who has lived it personally and professionally. We’re not just talking about the abuse. We’re walking you all the way from pain to power

This is not the end of your story. This is the moment you begin to rise.
